Lawler-Wood was selected as the owner’s representative and project manager for two state-of-the-art hospitals and was to develop and own a medical office building adjacent to the hospitals. The project deadline was 30 months and Lawler-Wood provided a turnkey solution from land selection to move-in of the hospitals. Additionally, Lawler-Wood developed the 90,000-square-foot, multi-tenant physician office building including financing, marketing and identifying tenant prospects, concept selling, lease negotiation, building shell design, suite layouts, interior design and construction management.
